RJ has been working hard on a handful of projects. One of his main projects is his newest collection called Mysteria. He has given a few sneak peeks of this collection, one during Sacramento Fashion Week in Sept. 2009 and the last one in November 2009 for a charity Fashion show, bennefiting Spare Some Change The Movement in Los Angeles. The reviews for Mysteria have been overwhelming with such great feedback, such as " Mysteria proves the passion RJ has for fashion..." and  " RJ has come a long way showing how great a creative mind he has.." during SAC Fashion Week. Mysteria also was a great way to show off his talent to LA with such a small preview but a dramatic showcase for his first time in Southern Cali.

Mysteria is by far one of RJ's most favorite collections he has ever created. He worked hard this year trying to find the right inspiration to create something wearable yet fun and exciting. Mysteria is a very different style for RJ and is also one of RJ's most eleberate collections he has worked on. It features a variety of men's Button up shirts, women's cocktail dresses, as well as one of a kind gowns.

Mysteria was created with a strong influence of Cirque du Soliele, the movie The Labyrnth, starring David Bowie and a wimsical mix of romance. It is a bold mixture of fantasy, mystery and subtle sexiness. There is a high couture flare in the gowns, simple but vast elegance to the cocktail dresses and something fun and mysterious with the men's button up shirts. The colors are based between fire and water with earth tones as well as bright and shinny textures and fabrics. There are deep blues, silver, red and colors in between with black features and stunning white to pop out the pure fantasy. It can take you from a masquarade ball, to a fairy tale and back. 

Mysteria is currently in the works and is being prepared for a fall release. Advertising and promos should begin this spring 2010.
